The 1600S 3 Burner Cabinet Trolley Barbecue w/ Side Burner is almost the same as the 1600E variety yet this model makes use of 304-grade stainless steel for the majority of its construction for a sleek appearance and robust build.
Sporting a large cooking area complete with black porcelain-enamelled cast iron surfaces inside a double-skinned stainless steel roasting hood which itself has a large viewing window with an integrated thermometer, you’re able to easily monitor your food while it cooks without having to remove the lid.
This model comprises 3 main burners and a side burner which is built directly into the right-hand side shelf of the BBQ. This side burner is ideal for cooking up quick stir-fries and sauces as its output is slightly less than the main burners. All the burners, however, make use of the Quartz start ignition system for fast and reliable ignition, furthermore, to prevent any flare-ups, there are stainless steel vaporisers which efficiently disperse the flames across the grill and plate surfaces.
The BBQ unit itself is mounted onto a 304-grade stainless steel vented cabinet trolley complete with the aforementioned side shelves, hinged doors and plenty of internal storage space. The trolley is easy to manoeuvre using the four, high-quality and lockable swivel castors on which the trolley is mounted.
